NSW: Never Stop Wrestling
"NSW" stands for Never Stop Wrestling, Our methods are rooted in the belief of relentless hard work and dedication. There are no shortcuts when it comes to wrestling and we are here to provide an environment to push our athletes to their limits so they can reach their goals on and off the mat. We are all about the fundamentals of wrestling that come from correct drilling and high-pace intense practices.
NSW head coaches are multiple-time All-Americans and National Champs in NJCAA & NAIA, so they know what it takes to win. Their practiced and proven methods to success are implemented throughout their curriculum. With our strong connection to the NCAA Division 2 program at Menlo College, collegiate-level wrestlers will frequently join NSW practices, giving our athletes the opportunity to wrestle with high-level practice partners which is key to improving at a fast pace.

Open to all levels and ages of wrestlers with priority given to high school wrestlers looking for an intensive environment to supplement their team practices and middle/intermediate school wrestlers preparing for higher level wrestling. Basic wrestling experience is strongly encouraged.

Practices will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15pm and Sundays at 12:00 noon. Fill out the form below to reserve your spot.
